Uncle Bob Meskis - you can see a monitor in the background here. One scary thing at that time was we were told she has a heart murmur. In reflecting now 2 years later, it is no big deal. But at the time for us first timers, we were pretty worried!! But fortunately, we have had no issues. What a thing to deepen your faith in God. We had to acknowledge that we couldn't control this and give it to Him.
Grandpa Huizenga - I avoided putting the picture of him sleeping with her on his chest! His specialty (sleeping!!)
Grandma Huizenga - she was there when Rachel was only an hour and 15 minutes old!!
