In June, everyone came home for a brief visit. This happens about once a year or sometimes less :(. At this point, their are 6 grandkids (Lydia, Alli, Evan, Hannah, Molly and Anna) with 3 (Sarah, me and Liz) of us pregnant.
Sorry for the skin, but we didn't take any decent picture of me at this point in the picture. I'm 7 months pregnant. At least I didn't put up the one of me eating. That picture shows a huge spread of food in front of me. Hey what can I say? I'm pregnant!
This is the baby's room. Noah's Ark border. The idea came through a wonderful conversation with Diane Sexton (a friend through Missio Dei Church). John was sharing his story about how he came to know the Lord. It was his family and the story of Noah that really impacted him and God used to draw him into a relationship with Jesus!
In May, John ran another 1/2 marathon up in St. Charles. He is hooked!! We love finding different places to go to!
We finally got to meet Emmett!! What a cutie. Matt & Laura and kids were in the process of moving to Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin from Alaska. So they came down to the Chicago area for a visit first.

Family came in for a visit in early spring and this is Alysa (age 28) but still wearing a bib. We are working with her to wean her from this!
